- Aichikikai Techno System will comply with the applicable laws and regulations including “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”, obligations under the applicable ministerial guidelines and this Privacy Policy in handling Personal Information (information which can identify a specific individual).

- Personal information includes name, gender, e-mail address, telephone/facsimile number, addresses and buying history whereby one piece of this information or a combination of more than one piece of this information can be used to identify the individual.
- Use within Specific Purpose(s)
- Aichikikai Techno System will use Personal Information only within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose(s) of use.
- Security Control Measures
- Aichikikai Techno System will take necessary and appropriate security control measures in lime with existing technical standards and will implement corrective actions as needed to protect entrusted Personal Information from unauthorized access, leakage, modification, loss, destruction, etc.
- Providing to Third Parties
- Aichikikai Techno System shall not release Personal Information of any customers, except with their prior consent. However, Personal Information may be provided to a third party without their prior consent in the following cases: When it is required for the protection of life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain prior consent. When cooperation is required for work regulated by a law and conducted by a national agency, public organization of the local government, or a party subcontracted by them and obtaining the prior consent of the customer may adversely affect the work.
