Outdoor model: Avance S

This AGV is designed to handle outdoor environments such as rain and uneven road surfaces. It is used for transportation between buildings within factory premises. A trackless model using 3D LiDAR that requires no magnetic cable is also available. This is a compact and affordable model with a maximum transport capacity of 1000 kg.

Small, space-saving, easy to install! Outdoor AGV

In many factories, manned towing vehicles are used for inter-building transportation. By introducing outdoor AGVs, this process can be unmanned. Outdoor AGVs are capable of operating in rainy weather, on slopes, and on uneven road surfaces.
Avance S is the most compact and affordable model in the outdoor AGV series. A trackless 3D LiDAR type is also available.

New model of trackless outdoor AGV

Two 3D Lidar sensors, which are also used in autonomous driving, are used. When measuring on a flat surface using a 2D sensor, the route may be lost due to environmental changes such as a pallet of parts being loaded near the driving route.
Accuracy can be improved by understanding the surrounding environment, including distant views, in 3D.

In the tracked magnetic type, a magnetic cable is embedded as the driving route, but by using a 3D Lidar sensor, the magnetic cable is no longer necessary, making it easier to change or add routes.
